This 15-year-old TPO Membrane was failing at the seams and tearing along the Parapet walls, the building owner was experiencing random leaks every time it rains.

TPO Rubber Membranes will lose a considerable amount of reflectivity in the aging process.

With the proper cleaning process completed, a Primer was applied, the seams were sealed with a fabric material embedded in Acrylic Coatings.

The final Acrylic White Coatings application provided a water-tight seal and an 85% reflectivity of the UV rays from the sun thereby reducing their AC Cooling costs.
