This aged TPO Rubber roof was in fairly decent shape but was deteriorated around the Pipes, Flashings, & Drains to the point they were having leaks regularly.

The insulation & roof decking was still dry and in decent condition, and Conklin’s membrane coatings system was a very good fit to restore this roof without requiring a tear-off.

After removing some unused equipment the roof was pressure washed with Weathered Acrylic Cleaner. An Acrylic Primer designed for aged TPO Membrane roofs was also applied to provide adequate adhesion for the Fabric Reinforced Coatings system.

Polyester Fabric was embedded into an Acrylic Basecoat providing a seamless roofing membrane and a final Polyurethane Modified Acrylic Coating was applied at a rate of 1.9 gallons per 100 sq. ft.
