This Low Slope metal roof was failing very badly due to washers being cracked on the screws, the existing attempts made in the past with caulking material had lost it’s adhesion.

After the metal roof had been washed & cleaned, an Acrylic Primer was applied to eliminate any future rust problems.

Reinforcing the metal seams with a fabric material embedded in Acrylic Basecoat provides a long term solution for leaking seams.

Each screw head is embedded in a thick layer of Acrylic caulking that stretches up to 300%, the final application is spraying 26 mils of Acrylic Topcoat that provides an 85% Reflectivity of the UV Rays of the sun.
