Mountain Grove, Missouri

The roof at Fun City in Mountain Grove had sustained significant damage over time, with aging materials and water pooling causing leaks and compromising the building’s interior. To resolve these issues, a full roof replacement was necessary to protect the facility and its operations.

The existing roofing system was completely removed, and the roof decking was cleaned and inspected to ensure a solid base for the new materials. 2” ISO insulation board was installed to improve energy efficiency and create a stable foundation for the roofing system.

A durable 60 Mil PVC Membrane was selected for its ability to withstand weather elements and low-slope roof applications. The membrane was mechanically fastened with plates and screws, and seams were sealed using a Varimat heat welder for a watertight, long-lasting finish.

The new roofing system provides Fun City with a dependable, energy-efficient solution, ensuring the building remains safe and secure for years to come.
