The existing Modified Bitumen Asphalt roof on this building was failing at the seams and cracking along the Parapet Walls. With very minimal insulation, the black Asphalt roof created some sweltering conditions in the attic area which resulted in excessive Air Conditioning costs.

Once the proper cleaning process was completed, an Acrylic Primer was applied and the seams were sealed with a fabric material embedded in Acrylic Coatings.

The entire roof was sealed with Spunflex Fabric embedded in Acrylic Basecoat. The final application consisted of applying an Acrylic White Topcoat which provides an 85% Reflectivity of the UV rays from the sun drastically reducing their AC Cooling costs.
