The roof of Denari Bridal was suffering from significant wear and moisture damage, leading to leaks and compromising the building’s overall energy efficiency. A full roof replacement was necessary to address the structural concerns and ensure long-term protection for the business.

The project began with the complete tear-off and disposal of the old roofing materials. The metal decking was cleaned and prepped, providing a stable base for the new system. 2” ISO insulation board was installed to enhance thermal performance and reduce energy costs for the building.

To provide a durable and weather-resistant solution, a 60 Mil PVC Membrane was installed. It was mechanically fastened with plates and screws and sealed using a Varimat heat welder to create a seamless, watertight finish.
