Bridge Church
Nixa, Missouri
The existing roof on Bridge Church was showing significant wear and tear, with areas of compromised insulation causing leaks and poor energy efficiency. A thorough inspection revealed the need for a complete tear-off and replacement to restore the integrity of the building’s roofing system.
To address these issues, the old roof was carefully removed, and the decking was cleaned and prepared for the new system. A layer of 2” ISO insulation board was installed to improve thermal efficiency and ensure a smooth surface for the roofing material.
A 60 Mil PVC Membrane was selected for its durability and ability to withstand the demands of a low-slope roof. The membrane was securely fastened using plates and screws, and seams were sealed with precision using a Varimat heat welder, ensuring a watertight finish.
The result is a reliable, energy-efficient roofing system designed to protect the church for years to come.
