This existing Asphalt roof was failing and the insulation board was totally saturated which was causing considerable ponding water, which required a total tear-off & disposal of the existing roof. Due to the Low Slope roof deck, a Single-Ply Membrane was the system of choice for this particular roof.

After cleaning the metal decking, 2” of ISO insulation board was installed to provide adequate insulation.

A 60 Mil PVC Membrane was mechanically fastened with Plates & screws, using a Varimat heat welder to finish the installation process.
