Ozark, Missouri

The TLS facility in Ozark required a comprehensive roofing solution to address aging materials, water pooling, and insulation issues that were impacting the building’s efficiency and integrity. A complete roof replacement was undertaken to restore functionality and long-term protection.

The old roofing system was carefully removed, and the metal decking was thoroughly cleaned and inspected for any structural concerns. To enhance thermal performance and create a stable base, 2” ISO insulation board was installed across the entire roof surface.

For the new roof, a 60 Mil PVC Membrane was selected due to its durability and excellent performance on low-slope applications. The membrane was securely fastened using plates and screws, with seams sealed using a Varimat heat welder to ensure a leak-proof, long-lasting finish.

This upgraded roofing system provides TLS Ozark with a reliable, energy-efficient solution that ensures the facility remains protected and operational for years to come.
